Online Purchase
All purchases made online are backed by our one week, money-back guarantee. If you wish to make a return, e-mail us at orders@tayrivergallery.com.within five(5) days of receipt to notify us. We will send you instructions on where to ship the item. We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials provided. Returns must be insured for their full value. The cost of returning unwanted purchases rests with the customer. After we receive your return, we will refund you the item purchase amount. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Artwork which is received damaged
Please inspect the packaging prior to signing for, and accepting delivery of your order if by Courier or Canada Post. If the packaging is damaged , check for damage to contents, and either refuse to accept delivery or get a signed statement from the delivery representative stating that the contents were damaged in transit. In both cases, please contact us immediately.
Shipping and Handling
Tay River Gallery ships orders by Courier Service and Canada Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges are calculated when you send us the initial order form. Our final invoice is sent by email to you with shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes included. To proceed with order process, confirm acceptance and provide payment.
Items can be ordered online and picked up at the store location for product price with no additional fees other than applicable taxes (GST & PST).
If you have any questions or concerns about shipping and handling costs, please contact us. Please have the item number handy when you call. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within a week by postal service (Canadian order) and within a day or two by courier service.
