Biography: Jay Zhi Jian Li

Born in China in 1962, Jay (zhi-jian) Li completed his BFA at the Guangzhou Fine Arts Academy in China, and then continued as an assistant professor, teaching fine arts at the Fine Arts College of Canton, China, for five years. In 1989, he continued his studies in fine arts in Melbourne, Australia. He travelled around Europe for ten years and spent eight years in Greece. His compositions are exhibited in several art galleries and collected by private collectors and embassies. He now lives and works in his adopted city of Ottawa.
